Can i install the sauna outdoors?
Our sauna frame is built for outdoor use and can withstand rain and various weather conditions. However, we strongly recommend keeping it covered when not in use to prolong its lifespan.
Are the saunas easy to install?
Our saunas are super easy to put together. Each one comes with a clear manual and step-by-step videos to walk you through it. You don’t need a professional, but having 2–3 people around definitely helps—more hands make things easier and safer. With our simple instructions and a bit of teamwork, you’ll have your sauna up and ready to enjoy in just 45 to 90 minutes.
Do you offer Installation?
We do offer delivery and installation services to most most of the north island, if you are outside this area please get in touch and we can try to assist with a installation person.
Are Infrared Saunas Safe?
Yes, infrared saunas are safe for most people. They use infrared light to gently heat your body from the inside out—similar to how the sun warms your skin, but without harmful UV rays. This type of heat is lower in temperature than traditional saunas, making it easier to stay in longer while still getting benefits like improved circulation, detoxification, and relaxation. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, it's always best to check with your doctor before use.
What is the difference between Far Infrared and a Full Spectrum Sauna?
The main difference between a Far Infrared Sauna and a Full Spectrum Sauna is the type of infrared light they use. Far Infrared Saunas use only far infrared wavelengths, which are great for deep tissue heating, detoxing, and relaxation. Full Spectrum Saunas, on the other hand, include near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths—each offering unique benefits. Near infrared can support skin health and wound healing, mid infrared helps with circulation and pain relief, and far infrared goes deep into muscles and joints. So, if you’re after a wider range of benefits, a full spectrum sauna gives you the complete package.
Ho do i clean and maintain my sauna?
Keeping your sauna clean and well-maintained is easy. After each use, simply wipe down the benches and walls with a soft cloth to remove sweat or moisture. Leave the door open for a while to let it air out and dry. For a deeper clean, use a mild natural cleaner or a mixture of water and white vinegar—avoid harsh chemicals. Every few weeks, you can gently vacuum or sweep the floor. If your sauna has a heater guard or accessories, give them a quick wipe too. With regular care, your sauna will stay fresh, hygienic, and ready to enjoy for years to come.
What are the Health Benefits of full spectrum Infrared Saunas?
Full spectrum infrared saunas offer a wide range of health benefits thanks to the combination of near, mid, and far infrared light. Near infrared supports skin rejuvenation, collagen production, and wound healing. Mid infrared helps improve circulation and can reduce inflammation and muscle pain. Far infrared penetrates deepest, promoting detoxification, stress relief, and even helping with joint and muscle recovery. Together, these wavelengths work to boost your overall well-being—supporting better sleep, faster recovery, and a calmer mind after every session.

Long Lasting Carbonised Wood
Carbonised wood is wood that has undergone a heat treatment process, which enhances its durability, resistance to moisture, and ability to withstand outdoor elements. This process gives the wood a sleek, dark, charcoal-like appearance, adding a luxurious and modern aesthetic to saunas. Carbonized wood is ideal for saunas as it is less prone to warping, cracking, and decay, making it both visually appealing and long-lasting in various weather conditions.

Low EMF Full Spectrum
Refers to heating technology used in saunas that delivers the entire range of infrared light (near, mid, and far infrared) while minimizing exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF). This ensures a more therapeutic experience with benefits like deeper tissue penetration, enhanced detoxification, improved circulation, and muscle recovery. The "low EMF" aspect means the sauna operates with minimal electromagnetic emissions, making it safer for prolonged use by reducing potential health risks associated with high EMF exposure.
